"The Isolated Tower" Novembre 2021
At the age of 13, I aspired to develop video games, drawn to the idea of creating immersive worlds for others to experience. However, I soon realized I wasn’t satisfied with simply assembling scenes from pre-made assets; this realization marked the beginning of my journey into 3D art. As I started working on my first models, I found that 3D offered a freedom, boundlessness, and timelessness that surpassed the limitations of game development, where technical constraints often dictated the need for smooth performance.
At that time, I had limited resources—just an old, bulky €50 laptop without a graphics card, inherited from my stepfather. Despite these limitations, I discovered a passion for 3D artistry that transcended the constraints of the hardware.
A year later, I received a new laptop from a friend of my mother’s, which felt like a significant upgrade. While it still lacked a graphics card, it allowed me to work more extensively and achieve some impressive results. It became evident, however, that even this improvement fell short of what I needed.
Around this time, I recognized that proficiency with 3D software was an advantage in school. I frequently used it to visualize projects, such as cardboard games, create custom graphics for presentations, and prototype sculptures or entire stage sets for art class.

Eventually, I purchased a high-performance laptop equipped with a dedicated GPU, finally unlocking near-infinite possibilities for my work. This investment proved pivotal in my development as an artist, enabling me to create many of my favorite artworks on this device.
With over five years of experience, I now feel that my skills have reached a level where I can offer commissioned art as a service. After completing school in the summer of 2024, I took a break to focus on refining my artistic abilities and exploring the potential to make a living through my art.
